Mona Dine is an accomplished Human Resources leader with an extensive and proven track record of working closely with business leaders at all levels. She has worked in a variety of industries to develop leaders, create engaged environments and promote talent practices that drive performance and business results. Mona currently serves as the global Talent Management leader at Kennametal. Prior to her current role, she was Director of Talent Management at Harbison Walker International and Director of Talent Management and Human Resources at RTI International Metals. She also served as Vice President and Senior Talent Consultant with PNC Bank.
Mona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree focused on Career Development from the Ohio State University. Mona holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM) and a Professional Coach (ICF).
I’m an experienced innovator of diverse community engagement through my current roles as Assistant Vice President at Vibrant Pittsburgh and as Vice President of Womxn in Tech PGH. I recently transitioned from my role as Director of Member Engagement and as the first Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the Pittsburgh Technology Council. My advocacy work to help innovative start-up companies grow is also demonstrated through my previous position with the State of Pennsylvania as the Keystone Innovation Zone Coordinator for the Greater Oakland area of Pittsburgh.
I have a successful history of working in corporate and non-profit organization management to increase economic equity, innovation integration, talent acquisition and deal flow. I am a strong tech professional skilled in Marketing, Relationship Management, Innovation and Technology Business Development. During my time working in tech, I’ve fine-tuned my skills in being a change agent for organizations providing Cyber-security, AI, IoT, ML, and SaaS products.

Jen has a decade of leadership experience working in tech startups, business strategy and engineering. As CEO of Mighty, Jen has led the company in a successful seed funding round and built a partnership with the 4th largest real estate brokerage in the country. She’s led a team to increase users 300% in 2020 alone and managed the product development to position Mighty as a leading PropTech innovator for the real estate industry of the 21st century.
One of Jen's passions is to build more diverse leaders. She is committed to mentoring and helping young minorities and women by connecting them to strong mentors and resources to help them identify fulfilling careers.

Peter Gabriel is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation and coaches C-suite executives, emerging leaders, managers, and college students to be more effective leaders.
Peter is also a consultant with Key Leadership where he creates and facilitates corporate training programs around leadership/team development. Prior to Key Leadership, Peter spent 19 years at Vanguard where he led and coached multiple teams to meet client and organizational goals. His corporate clients varied across diverse industries such as financial, manufacturing, legal, and entertainment. Peter completed his doctorate of education at Creighton University in the field of leadership. His research focused on gender differences in leadership.
